Games not working

I just built a new Ryzen system with an RX 480. I had previously used this same graphics card in an older system I built last year with an a8-7600 apu. Games ran fine then, but now they keep crashing and I don't know why. The bios is updated, all the drivers are fresh and windows is also a fresh install. I don't know what else could be going on that is causing this issue.

are you overclocking?

what is "crashing"? exiting to the desktop...?

when do they crash? after a few seconds or a few minutes?

not necessarily GPU related check ram frequencies etc as ryzen can be a bit snippy about that and become unstable on certain kits. make sure your machine isn't overheating etc

give us a little more info mate

I am not overclocked. Even my RAM is currently at stock speeds for stability purposes. The games I try to play are crashing and dumping me back at the desktop where I then need to basically use task manager to exit out of it. And usually they crash once I get control of whats going on. After the cut scene or intros.
