I'd suggest finding out what WiFi adaptor you have and download the latest drivers directly from the manufacturer's website and install them. As it is, the IP configuration should work fine, so drivers may be the issue if you're not having the same issue with other devices on the network. 

 

(also, try turning everything off and on again (PC, router, access point etc.)

the problem persists even on another network
