BIOS UPDATE ISSUE

Hi guys.. so i got this problem wherein i have downloaded the correct version of updated bios software for my motherboard and placed it into a usb already formatted to FAT 32... then connected it to my motherboard... q flash after that i got message where it says that the updated bios i downloaded was outdated.. but clearly my bios version is FA which is the first version.. I am soo frustrated about this because... I ve been wanting to install my new cpu on it and this issue happened.. :/ Any thoughts about this??
