So after playing Project Cars for about 20 minutes, my display froze, the sound kept playing normally and I heard my car crashing into a wall.

To get out of the game I needed to Ctrl+Alt+Del and open taskmanager and then this popped up

When my GPU is overclocked I got this error within minutes but what is this?

Memory address errors alone don't really say much, or are you able to decipher more from it than that?

OP asked a question that required no more of an answer than that. :P

Understood. :P

I did look it up and it seems to be common for Cars.  Some people needed to turn down the settings or stop certain background tasks.  http://forum.projectcarsgame.com/showthread.php?21981-Unhandled-Exception-Trapped-Unable-to-Play

It means the app tried to access a nonsensical address in memory.

It only happens with this exact error in PCars but when using Factory OC Mode almost all games freeze but Not giving me any errors. This GPU is a replacement for the previous One which had the same issue just not as frequent. Is this One also defective? Or can it be something else?

I would try disabling factory OC then manually setting your overclock (incremental testing of the core/memory clocks).  Also set your power setting to performance in the nvidia control panel.

Thanks for the link. I had Afterburner running which seems to cause it

Yeah my custom much higher OC works just fine ? Kinda ironic ?
