Odd PCIe riser solution

I'm making a custom case on a budget and I know 1x will bottleneck almost any cards nowadays and I had the thought of getting a internal USB 3.0 or higher port so I can use a PCIe risers that some miners use but my problem is trying to find one that's cheaper and decent (USB 3.0 or higher) because I don't want bottle neck my GTX 770 so will one that usually is on the inside of the case for a internal USB port would that one have higher bandwidth or would be the same as an external USB port that's on the riser?

If you mean is using the internal usb 3 port vs the external port faster, Then no. I still wouldn't recommend using a riser, they still can easily bottle neck a gpu

It would cost more for me to hold up my GPU than get a riser that's why I want one and it looks neat too

Fair enough, but no they will run at the same speed. Mind sending a picture of the case once its done? I'm curious about what your doing now :P

I'll be making a build log and it will resemble a Thermaltake Core P5
