Ticketing Software for PC repair

So I'm starting my PC repair again and I want to have some type of software where I can manage tickets, everything. For now I'm look at any free products I can use, Then I'll get some paid one. 

 

EDIT: Looking for ones that DON'T have trails. 

 

Anyone have any ideas?

have a google spreadsheet with premade ticket numbers on the side

 

then you can use google forms for inputting tickets, then being able to see them nice and neat in a google sheets document

I've been using spreadsheets ever since I started. It's a pain. I want some software. I've got an SQL server already. Just some software I can connect to the SQL server and enter user details.
