CPU Temperatures

I want to know what's the ideal temp. for a CPU at 100% load. I've seen my CPU hit 75°C at full load & now I'm unsure as to what exactly I should be aiming for, a new case for better airflow, new CPU cooler or maybe better thermal paste? Your input is valued & needed. Thanks.

 

Current Specs:

CPU: i5-3570 (NON-K)

CPU Cooler: Cryorig C7 (Thermal Paste is what's included with the C7)

75C is alright with a compact cooler, I wouldn't worry really unless your starting to hit 85C.
