So I am completely new to building a pc and I was looking at compatibility between my mobo and my memory that I recently purchased.

Mobo is asrock x370 killer sli/ac and ram is gskill ripjaws F4-3000C15D-16GVKB.

When i go to the support page of my mobo my ram is not on the list.  On the page they have C15Q-16GRR. Is this an issue of needing to return the ram or does anyone think that it is highly likely to work?

Kinda.

it's stuff the manufacturer has tested in their labs, and makes sure that it works.

however, DDR4 is standardized, so any RAM that follows the DDR4 standard (literally all DDR4) will work.

It's possible that they just didn't update the list, or that your ram came out after the list was compiled. All you need to worry about is whether the mobo supports ddr4, and your clock speed. It does both.

HEADS UP, THIS ACCOUNT IS INACTIVE NOW

I'm keeping everything else the way it was for anyone who might check out my answers in future, but I won't be using LTT.
