Ive had my cpu cooler for about 8 months and all the sudden the logo on the cpu cooler turned red and i checked my cpu temps and there all the way up to 95°c can someone tell me what the issue is

1. remove and reapply thermal compound?

 

2. the pump might have failed?

its still under the 1 yr manufacture warranty, i would recommend getting it RMA'd

Pump failure, Seems like you got a dud. They're great reliable coolers though, mine is still running 6 years later
