hello, everyone. I am having frame issues in all games. Sometimes it will just randomly happen and I will get massive frame spikes Ex: 110+Frames to 20.

I have done multiple virus checks and malware checks. I have also updated all my drivers and checked to see I have the latest BIOS version.

This problem just started to randomly happen one day in the middle of playing a game. any suggestions on what the problem could be would be appreciated very much. If you need anymore information feel free to ask. I am Sorry it is all a bit jumbled.

1.Check the temp of the gpu/cpu while gaming if it hits the thermal limit it will throttle down to prevent if from overheating and decrease performance and it could be the cause.

2.If u store ur games in a mechanical hdd check for fragmented files (if any) defrag it immediately with disk defragment tools ( i doubt this is the issues but u could try )

I have done all that it got a little bit better but I also decided to try Cam to read temps and usage. Cam is telling me my CPU is running at 100% at only 799 MHZ

while my Task manager is telling me my CPU is about 13% This was while I was streaming over watch and I also had Youtube as well.
