logitech g502 help

Okay so i bought my new g502 mouse and im very happy with it but the 2 buttons to higher or lower my DPI dont seem to work..

i did but it doesnt want to shift to a higher DPI

i have the software but it just doesnt want to shift dpi

So do you just want to shift to a higher DPI or do you want the mouse buttons to shift the DPI? If you just want a higher DPI click on one of the blue lines to the right of the highlighted blue line. If that doesn't work you could see if there is a firmware update for your mouse by clicking on the Logitech Gaming Software's settings (the gear).
