Mining/gaming rig

I was planing building a Amd gaming rig with 2 r9 290 (non refernce ofcorse... whenever they come out)here's my build idea. http://pcpartpicker.com/p/2bVhs as for the prices im going to be buying these parts on cyber monday (excluding the gpus) and shop all the major US online retailers to find the best price.

I work for 9 hours and usually sleep for 8 hours out of the other 7 I game maybe 2-4 hours out of the day. What I'm getting at is I want to put this thing to work for me while I'm not on it. as power is .07 Kwph where i live and it should be about 650-700 watts so about $30-40 a month. From what I have read 290s can run 900+ K/hash and 2 can double that. So say i get 1900K/hash thats 1.25 ltc per day (at curent difficulty) according to coinwars. while I game could I use the secound card to mine while I play and is it hard to set up the system to run this way?

Any other information, suggestions or tips like what's the best payout most trusted friendly ltc pool is. An I really don't want to use an online wallet I want to save them to my hdd and back up on a flash drive. I'm new to this but I saw what happend to bit coin and am not letting it pass by again without me trying to figure out this crypto currency thing for my self (and the help of the people on this fourm)
