If you have Win8 or newer, shutdown doesn't really shut it down. There will be trace background software running. And if this is pretty new, contact Asus directly. Faulty batteries are a thing, but warranty only lasts for 6months.

i'm currently running windows 10 creators update home version. as i know about windows fast shutdown is not a complete shutdown. And i already contacted asus and they had changed by laptop battery.

So it's prolly the battery that has a problem. Try checking the Fast Startup as well and I recommend you to turn it off.

No battery can't be faulty because i recently replaced it with a new one. And currently i'm doing fresh installation of windows to check whether it's windows problem,driver or fast startup.!
