My build: R7 1700 4.00Ghz OC

1080 Ti Evga 

32 gb ram 3200 (at 2133)

Asus Crosshair VI Hero

 

I was trying to game before I was reaching higher fps, but this has since changed I could maintain higher fps and see the difference on my 240hz monitor. Its since changed when I started my pc before it was on 3.00 ghz the stock maintaining these high fps, but when I did the overclock it diminished. Would anyone know how to fix this as I want to oc the cpu, and my gpu to maintain at least 240 fps ?
