Corsair Utility Engine is Broken

I have tried everything with cue to try and get it to work and nothing I try will work. I am using a Corsair sabre rgb mouse. I have tried uninstalling cue and mouse drivers and even older versions of the software and nothing will open. It does not give an error code, it just does not open and Corsair customer support is a joke.
