Use 8GB. I would personally get a new CPU since both are really old. A Ryzen 1200 or 7th Gen Pentium should be faster than those. However, I would use the i3.

I am not sure since it is old, but you would be better off with the i3's 4 cores. Also, what GPU are you using?

Your card does not support DirectX11. You NEED to get a new card. Gt710 would be a cheap option, or rx 550.

so i think i'll go for i3 3220 and gt710 thx for helping buddy ^^

Really depends on your problem sizes and how fast you need solutions. Minimum requirements are listed at https://www.csiamerica.com/products/etabs/system-requirements.

The i3-3220 would definitely be better as it has two hyperthreaded cores. But if you can get a new system, consider a Ryzen cpu. Perhaps the R3-1300X or R5-1400.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.

That is the minimum, meaning this is the lowest end chip that will run it. As he said, a ryzen 3 or 5 will work much faster.

Get a 1 stick of 8GB ram, not 2 sticks of 4GB. This allows you to add another 8GB if needed. Stock cooler should be fine, and get a cheap B350 motherboard. They are about the same cost as an A320 motherboard.
