No Optane is not worth it because it costs too much for the performance. Just get a 960-1 TB SSD, therse a few for 220ish.

Not worth it, just get a larger sata ssd. Only get NVME if your making $$ off your editing, because there is no difference for gaming.

Optane can only speed up BOOT/OS drive.
