4months old computer have problems while starting up

Dear all, The video as attached below has sounds when i start up my pc, for the first two minutes or so until it quiets down. I have issues when i boot up my pc, it directs me to this page instead of windows.. as attached in the photo below. Thank you all.. if you can help me rectify the problem...

sounds like your pump is about to die?  

(or allready did but doesn't know it yet.)

 

throw your ear on it and start again to make sure :-)

it happens to me sometimes when i turn my pc off, i think the motherboard just does it to clear dust or cool before sleep time or some shit. strange anyways

But it quiets down after like 1-2 minutes of the sound, afterwards, the pump is back to normal. No more sound

that the fans go ubermode and make a shitton of sound and the airflow is insane
