If you are going to stream though, be aware i7s are known to stutter a lot. For someone like you, I would highly recommend waiting for Intel's Coffee Lake since the i7 8700K will have 6 cores and 12 threads according to the latest rumours.

finishes around June 10th for high school and around the 25th for elementary. We don't have middle so elementary is K-7 and high is 8-12. School starts after Labor Day here too
