using gaming head set

hi all am looking to set my turtle beach x07 pro to my pc but am not wanting to unplug it ever time i want to use the pc speckers an tips or gadgets to help with this that do not decrease the quality of the headset

on windows, you can click the speaker icon and change the output device from headset to speakers/monitor

but i would still have to unplug the green jack and put speakers bk in

I was thinking the headset was USB you could probably use a generic y-splitter for audio cables

 

might add a bit of electrical resistance, but should work

a usb sound card is only like 14 bucks and should work

Like technically though any sound chip in general is a digital to analog converter but just search Amazon for us sound card
