New headset not working

So i bought a new headset (razer kraken pro neon red) and pluged into phone worked fine then i pluged into pc got regognized and listened to some songs then it sotped working like it wasnt wokring at all still regognised but then i installed the surround sound app and i choose the speaker of my headset and my headphones started working but the mic no
