Will this be enough?

will 2 fractal fans be enough for cooling the case that has a wraith spire stock cooler with ryzen 1700, and a gtx 1060 that has 2 fans, and the psu isnt taking air from the case, 

so 1 exhaust, and 1 intake

2 will suffice. I do believe most of the cooling will come from your coolers and even then they'll act as a mini intake and exhaust. So yeah. It'll suffice

It should. Personally I would go for 2 in, 1 out. But you can see how temps are and decide what to do after that.
