Help! Power Switch

Hi, I got a H97-Plus and Ive been trying to follow the manual which is in japanese, I looked up the manual and have had 0 luck so far, I cant seem to get it to start with the power button, If someone could tell me in stupid language on which slot I should put it in that would be very helpful!

Ive seen it but im new to building pcs and cant seem to follow it that well, if you could just like corcle where im supposed 2 put the power switch that'd be great

Page 30

PWR_SW = Power Switch

the cable from your case should be 2 colors, (one color wire and one black wire)
so the color wire side will go to PWR
and the Black side will goto GROUND

color Wire goes on the right side (+)

black  wire goes to the left side (-)

The pin out is on the motherboard.
