- Should I use SSD for Caching HDD so everything that I frequently use is auto optimize?

- Should I push it to another level and Raid 0 the HDD due to how reliable HDD now a day, so I can squeeze extra performance?
- What SSD cache Size I should use? 128, 256, 512?
- Do you think this is the best storage Solution? both performance and durability?

I think you're overcomplicating this. I would say the best is to have a 256GB (or 512GB if you like having a lot of programs/games) for a boot drive and programs, and then a 1-3TB HDD for just storing your files. This way, your computer always acts lightning fast but you don't spend extra for storing files since the perceived performance is similar with such small files.

I've written a guide on setting up drives in this configuration in Windows 10: https://linustechtips.com/main/topic/629590-windows-10-wont-reset/#comment-8131454

I edit my posts a lot.
