Wrong location

Apparently every site now thinks im from Serbia..... i am not though, why Serbia out of all of the countries?

Its honestly very annoying.

Recently i have used a VPN, but i connected to the US, not Serbia. I download Hola whenever i need it and then just delete it afterwards.

It's probably because of theVPN and cookies. Clear your cache. If not, you have to reset your chrome profile

Also, as a PSA, HOLA is pretty terrible.

I already tried clearing my cache. I also tried reseting chrome (the bottom option in settings) and it still says serbia for some reason.. Do i have to follow this https://productforums.google.com/forum/#!topic/chrome/vE0K9wPvfYo to fully reset it or anything else?

I thought hola is kinda shady... i deleted it everytime after using it, i only needed it for spotify, because its not available in my country. The last time i used it it was even shadier, usually it was just a browser extension, but the last time i had to download an exe and install it. I deleted it after using it. If you know anything else about extensions are adblock and Pop up blocker for Chrome™ - Poper Blocker good to use?

I never had that on but it used to give me the correct location

Might just get a fresh windows install, possibly a good idea

Adblock: 10/10 best one. Don't go for ABP, which is paid off by ad companies. https://getadblock.com/ is best.

Pop up blocker for chrome: actually, I've never heard of it. Get a good adblock and popups rarely happen.

Oh! And I forgot one thing that you should try doing once something sketchy happens (might work for hola, not sure. But definitely works for sketchy pop-ups). Get AdwCleaner. Even though it's been bought out by Malwarebytes (good or bad, depends on your view), it still works magic.
