After pushing my monitor to 75Hz (some that was stable with my AMD card) on this GTX 980, most games even with Vsync off still only stick to 60, with vsync it's 60, and some games go nuts into the 100's and cause tearing. The only real way I could check was by using this weird site (https://www.testufo.com/#test=framerates) and it claims at least that 75Hz is running, but when I check in Windows display properties, it lists 60 as being selected and selecting 75 makes the resolution tank to like 600x400. The games are kinda choppy too and what seems like micro stutter is there as well. I'm assuming I'm missing something but this was so much easier on AMD, like a lot of things with Nvidia, makes me cry. For what it's worth there is a screen shot of some basics. Maybe since Nvidia is different to AMD the overclock isn't stable?
