I.T Student help

Hi, 

 

I'm a student who's looking into doing web development and my I.T teacher suggested that I get an actual client and build a website for them. I don't have much experience but if there's anyone that'd be able to help me by showing me how to build a presentable website, and/or let me build a website with them that'd be amazing ?
