POST menu for infinity?????

So I've had this issue for a while now and sometimes when I load my (custom :|) PC The LED lights on my Mobo will cycle and stay green on the POST LED infinitely. I have to restart a few times to fix the issue. But the CPU led is red and RAM LED is orange just before the green post led. I'm still in warranty period.
