Weird noise

I started up my computer today and it started normally but one of the fans I don't know which one made a noises like grinding but not a fan grinding it sounded like the dremel that ltt uses but lower tone

Could it be the PSU?

How old are the fans?

I would change fan speeds on every fans to find which one makes grinding noise.

or touch every fan and see which one vibrates the most

Open up your case and use your hands (or something else ;)) to stop the fans one by one. This can show you which one(s) is (are) the problem(s).

after a while the noise stopped and the computer is a prebuilt from cyber power pc and others reported loud fans in the reviews but that is constant and the fans shortly died, but soon my rma for new (got thermal take fans and controller was dead) fans will go through (I am just having bad luck with fans)
