I have some questions about windows oem keys

Solved by Ryujin2003,
If you purchased a code, you should be fine. OEM is burned into the motherboard. If you purchased a key, install and you will be fine. If you register your windows to an account, it'll help in the future. You can activate your installation via username and password instead of having to type a key every time.
