Network issues

My Laptop spec are:

 Model Dell Inspiron 7559

 OS Name: Windows 10 Home 64bit Version 10.0.15063 Build 15063

 CPU: Intel i7-6700HQ 2.6GHz

 GPU: Nvidia 960M

 RAM: 8Gb

 BIOS Version: Dell Inc. 1.212, 2017-01-22

 Internet speed is 100Mbps

So recently my laptops internet speed slowed down dramaticly with WiFi I usually had about 2Mb/s downlaod speed(Downloading Movies/Games) and with Ethernet I always had 10Mb/s and just few days ago Ethernet slowed down to 2Mb/s just like my WiFi speed is. It said i connected to Ethernet but nothing really changes. Anyone know what could cause this problem? or i should just reinstall Windows to try to fix this problem?
