HD120 for cool lighting effects, as you can make custom controllers for them.

 

Then the sp120 rgb, then non led variant.

 

But really we need more info about placement etc, as airflow vs static pressure really depends on case and cooling setup. At similar RPM, my static pressure fans pull more air through a filter and rad than my airflow fans can push through a dust filter, and the converse is true in unrestricted performance for the rear exhaust fan.

Sync RGB fans with motherboard RGB header.
