Need help with an issue

So ive recently had this issue where during games of League of Legends my mouse stop working but i can see the actions in the game being performed, but my character wont move or listen to the commands.. I have done a lot of things from uninstalling drivers, bought a new mouse, reinstall league of legends, made sure my usb ports and mice arent in power save mode, and idk what to do anymore. i dont know if this is the place to ask for help or not would be great if i can get some. plz and thank you

Are you using skype or another application with a little floating window? If you click on that while in borderless fullscreen, you'll disconnect from the window (or whatever you wanna call it)

I use Twitch/curse as a game client to talk. all my friends are on it with me and never had the issue i am having and i dont play with it borderless....
