Hello everyone, my current case is the carbide 100r silent edition, is a great case with a poor dust filter at the front, so i decided to buy a new case. I'm conflicted between the phanteks p400s, the fractal r5 or the nzxt h440. I like the look of h440, i like r5 because of the removable bottom filter from the front and the rgb of phanteks. I appreciate every help.

Can't speak for any of those, but I'm gonna Bragg about my Be quiet 900.

I like it a lot and I'm pretty future proof as well.

If you want RGB control, then go with the PRO version that has a glass side window.

Right from the beginning I slammed 4 extra Noctua 140 mm fans and if I unplug the hdds (4 of them), I literally can't hear if the PC is on or not. The GPU is from  MSI gtx 1070, și very silent as well. I went for full silence.

The intake at the button and at the front are filtered. Extremely easy to get out. Usually when I vacuum clean the room, I take those out and clean them very fast as well. Keeps everything neat and clean.

Have you considered the Define C? It's similar to the R5, but much more compact while still fitting an ATX board. It also has front and bottom dust filters that are accessible from the front.

i have not considered the define c. How silmilar it is to the r5?

Also the p400s have a 10 dollars difference between the full enclosure and the tempered glass version. ALso also how good is tempered glass? Is it fragile?

Define C is much more compact (36 vs 54.5 liters). If you don't have optical drives, >5 storage drives, and a pump/reservoir (AIO cooler will fit though), you can get away with the smaller form factor. It basically looks like the smaller brother of the Define R5. Here's a video review:

You also have the option of tempered glass on the Define C, if that matters to you.
