However much power you need and whatever your budget is... Your CPU won't really bottleneck any graphics card so just get whatever you are willing to spend on.

Have you seen Linus videos on the Titan? Also in those videos he benchmarks other cards like the 680, etc. You should check it out.

So pretty much i should get a Titan lol.My only worry is i know the titan says it needs min 42amps on 12v rail and i think my PSU only does 40amps..

if it is the cx600v2.. then you should havo no problems.. that one can output 46 at 12v!
