Fitting stuck on radiator

I have a male to male fitting stuck and overtightened on a 240mm radiator. Haven't tried wd40 but it hasn't worked in the past on other overtightened and stuck wc components of mine. My last resort is that I am going to buy an angle grinder from harbor freight and cut in half part of the top and hopefully it will be easier to take the fitting off so I can dispose of it and reuse my radiator.

Could try heating the rad around the fitting with a hair dryer.

Same thing happened to me, M-M fitting that was stuck on reservoir which stripped the threads. Just put some masking tape on it and use pliers. Wouldn't work from first try, but if you try really hard you can get it out. Also, make sure the threads on the rad aren't stripped. I used teflon tape on my stripped reservoir and it works great, however it was on plugs and not fittings so I'm not sure how it would work for you.

It's hard for me to see in the photo, but if your fitting has little divots (Two at the top, two at the bottom) like this one. On the actual fitting, not the ring:  

 

You can just stick like a knife (or Popsicle stick/something skinny) and turn. You get a ton of torque and it doesn't slip. In fact, I feel like XSPC included the divots just for that reason. 

 

The picture sorta looks like you don't have them though . I know your fitting is male to male btw and the one above is compression, but it doesn't hurt to look.

Hey guys, sadly some of the methods like wd 40 did not work so I ended up using it in my build as a way to connect my 5 way adapter to my drain valve and other fittings. Thank you all for the suggestions.;
