Bottleneck

you might loose a couple of frames. when i had an old 8350 at 5ghz i was loosing a good 40fps with my 980 (which is a little bit faster than a 1060)

No, will run fine. 

Please quote our replys so we get a notification and can reply easily. Never cheap out on a PSU, or I will come to watch the fireworks.

it was high refresh rate 1080p gaming. little difference between 120 and 200fps, especially when i couldn't even use it

but 8350 is way weaker than i5 4460

nah, its collecting dust now (this was awhile ago). it was a a GPU upgrade before a platform upgrade and now i have upgraded to a 1080 with a 7700k (before Ryzen :()
