How can i check system errors?

So recently my computer has been messing up randomly, Graphic driver would crash even though i updated it to the newest one, My computer screen just went black and i heard the sound slowly glitch out till i was forced to turn it off manually, And i was getting BSOD but i fixxed that issue by updating the GPU. Anyone have any ideas on what it could possible be? Or any programs i can use to scan sytem files/errors and fix them?

Get the ultimate bootcd and run the tests. Should indicate if memory or anything else is screwed up

Sounds like your card isn't getting enough power. Do you have a Unplugged card that only requires power from the MoBo?

So the GPU i have is  one i've been using for a year or so, IT broke down so i got it replaced, while it was out i used my sisters card and it worked fine, didnt need 2 8 pins like this one, anyway i can make the GPU use more power or something? https://pcpartpicker.com/list/TNxDBm is my build, I have a sapphire nitro r9 390 GPU

Well, you can try to over volt the card, if you want to try. I can't give any promises of it actually taking effect in any way. it will most likely just increase the temps
