Everything looks good except the GPU.

Remember, GTX 1060 3g is not the same as the GTX 1060 6g (it's not just a vmemory difference!)

You've got a micro ATX motherboard inside a ATX full tower case. Maybe get a smaller case or a bigger motherboard?

No. Case is trash. Mobo isn't very good at all. 3GB 1060 is trash. SSHD makes no sense and is overpriced.
