Good ISP monitors under $150

Hi I am trying to find a good reliable 21.5 - 23 inch 1080p isp monitor for under 150 dollars. Any reccomendations?

I'd take a look at the Acer H236HL. It's an excellent monitor. $130 on Amazon US right now.

Also, I think you mean IPS.

But has a huge bezel compared to the Acer monitor.

Thanks for the input, I think I will go with the AOC or the Acer b/c I like monitors with little frames and have speakers in them.
