My budget is £700, might have a bit of leeway depending on how much it is. Preferably ~£20. I live in the UK and I'm upgrading because my "gaming" laptop, runs into a lot of issues and upgrading to a desktop PC would just get rid of those as my issues are laptop base (battery and charger)

I use my laptop to create 1080p video, edit high res photos and the only game I play now is CSGO and I do fine with my hardware: i7-4710MQ, GeForce GTX 860M, 16GB DDR3, 128GB Boot SSD, 1TB HDD.

I'd like to upgrade these just to speed things up and make performance better. I already have a mouse and mousepad, need a keyboard though. My desk is pretty small so I only really need one monitor and don't plan to change that.

Hope you guys can help me out <3

Add me on discord dud: Vespertine#4476 as I could part out a full 1440p gaming PC with monitor (Used parts), which will be very capable of content creation.

But, here is one 1080p build with new parts I guess:

I'd recommend 1 stick of 8GB RAM as opposed to 2 x4GB so you can upgrade if you wish in future
