Format my SSD 840 EVO in SO 7 installer or use Secure Erase of Magician Software?

Hi, i wanna install again Windows 7.

I need to use Secure Erase of Magician Software or isn't necessary?.

 

I only need to unsert the CD/DVD of SO 7 and just do a Quick Format?.
