Should I just go for the offer of an included Fractal Design Integra PSU or something with modular cables to reduce clutter perhaps? The Corsair SF 450W is modular IIRC and is in the tier 1 list in the pinned thread on this forum. Would that be better or is there a good option I'm missing?

Use the corsair PSU so you don't risk getting yelled at for using the intergrated PSU

Silverstone st45sf-g can be another good choice, since their OEM is Enhance Electronics that is better than Great Wall units which is the OEM of SF450. But both of them are acceptable choices.

Okay thanks for the answers. Now I gotta figure out a cooler because the Wraith spire that comes with a majority of the Ryzen CPU is too tall. IDK if I want to go all the way down to an R5 1400 just to have the Wraith stealth that can fit. I don't want overkill, but I would like to dabble in some streaming and content creation. Can the R5 1400 do that with its 4C, 8T?

Heh, i just ordered a Cryorig C7 exactly for that purpose aswell ;)

AFAIK it's the best you can get without modding or some clearance issues with mainboard/case/ram

And i'll drive a 2500k or 2600k with it. Quite a few people are running 7700k's and some even OC'ed so you can easily get the best CPU that fits your budget.

What kind of 120mm fans can you mount for the GPU intake? Do they have to be slim fans or can they be full thickness? I wonder if I could simply remove my GPU's shroud and fans to help airflow and just let the case fans do their job.

If your card is just regular 2 slot you can fit any 25mm fan underneath it. It's highly recommended to use static pressure fans like the NF-F12 though. Keep the gpu own fans though. And mount both fanspaces as intake.

There's a hell of a lot more to a PSU than its OEM and the SF is superior to the Silverstone.

The integrated PSU in the Node 202 is eh. I'd get the SF.

My account is almost entirely dormant. Hope you all are having a grand time. Many years of fun were had here.

Some coolers like the C7 or those from Zalman have what appear to be irreplaceable fans. If that were to happen do you think it would be possible to mount a fan right to the interior of the case's vents that overlook the CPU?
