Z270 Motherboard Help

Looking for a motherboard that is z270 and allows for sli (2 way) and a extra interface card (total 20 pcie lanes needed). Is this possible with the desktop line or do I need to go to x99 or x299?

you get 16 lanes from the CPU for the video cards and the rest are provided by the PCH
