Is that m.2 drive NVMe? If not just do a regular ssd. If you go m.2 might as well spend the extra on NVMe. 

 

And you might save some money buy waiting on the bundled package with Vega if the reviews turn out good. 

 

I would also choose the 1700. (Now 290.00 amazon, I got it for 270.00) I just built a computer with it for my cousin it is very nice indeed. After an OC to 3.8 ghz included air cooler it is very nice.

I wasn't happy with the video card in the end. We wanted more horse power but in the end the price jumps from low supply just made it too expensive. I went with the 1050ti as a good entry level but with the intent to upgrade when prices get more reasonable. 

Overall I had a different budget than I think you do. So that will always dictate the final product.

I got 1352 cinebench stock. And 1672 with OC with whilst never getting above 55c for temp air cooled stock wraith cooler.
