The following problem started to occur after I had installed a new MSI X370 sli plus and ryzen7 1700x. After the install, I had started my PC to find that windows start up would load for about one second and proceed to freeze, this even happened with the automatic repair as show in the picture. Currently I can only access bios. I've been fiddling with connections and replacing wires with spares, but nothing I can seem to do with the hardware fixes the issue. I am fairly new to things such as bios and am unfirmilliar with how it works, if it happens to be a problem within those settings. (The photo attached shows a frozen screen where the loading wheel will not spin any further).

have you tried safe mode and installing the new drivers and removing the old ones from the old board

Sorry if I seem needy here, but how exactly would I go about uninstalling and installing these drivers, I'm kind of new to replacing and upgrading parts.
