A6 Dr. Debug Error

Hi guys I've been trying to get my PC to post for hours. Everything works, lights turn on, fans spin, etc. BUT IT DOESNT POST. I've fixed many other errors so far but it's stuck at this. Motherboard is Asrock x99 Taichi. No display showing up at all, I even tried my tv. All that shows is the dr debug on my mobo. I've tried moving cables around, still the same error.

please help
