Retrieving Facebook account

This sucks but I'm hoping someone in here can help.

My Original Facebook profile got opened somewhere and the email and password got changed. I was trying to retrieve it but It seemed to go worse. later the doer of this deed informed  me that Facebook closed the account.

I really do not care about it but I realized that I had like 10 years of photos in that account that I do not have copies anywhere else.

I tried reaching out to face book but it seems I need to access the account before I can do anything.

 

Any advise will be greatly appreciated.
