Windows should automatically install display drivers for the card and should boot up fine. Keep in mind that these drivers are unoptimized and usually don't support multiple monitors, meaning you should download AMD's drivers soon after booting into Windows.

Yep. It should work, and even if it doesn't then use safe mode

How can you go into safe mode without the pc already being on. By this i mean how can i start up my pc and right away get into safe mode.

You are misunderstanding how graphics cards work, the bios doesn't need a driver. Windows has generic drivers that work for all cards. The only issue that ever might arise is that it doesn't use the generic driver, hence safe mode which always uses generic drivers for every device.

There isn't much of a need to enter safe mode. You should be able to turn on your computer as you normally would without any issues. I would suggest grabbing a DDU from http://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html.

If for some strange reason normal mode doesn't work (which shouldn't happen) just mash f8 before windows boots, then dig into advanced boot options and use safe mode with networking to download ddu.
