hello, how can i reduce my 100% usage of cpu?

and also my ram is being used very much so how can i fix that?

Hello!

Is this happening whilst your idling on the desktop? I would imagine if its only just really started to happen it is a Windows update, if you enter task manager you should also see any applications use both RAM and CPU.

i was just using google chrome after my game was downloaded and then suddenly my cpu goes upto a 100% usage

If you've just finished installing a game Widows Defender or your anti virus may want to scan your system through again, so just let it run through a scan.
